That's right - my blog is now friendly for both coasts! This page will be updated as I learn more seeing as I can't physically go to the Disneyland parks from here in Florida, and some of their food options are very different from here in Walt Disney World.
Remember, Disney Parks does not provide nutritional info, so the items on this list will be mostly things that you can easily guesstimate with generic food items in the tracker.
In general:
It seems like a lot of places offer things like grilled chicken sandwiches but you'd likely have to ask for things like cheese either off of it entirely or sauces on the side, etc., if you want it to be in a safe Smart Points range and easier to guesstimate. I'm sure if you ask, they can modify it for you.
Also, it seems like pretty much anywhere that serves breakfast has healthy options like fruit, and you can always ask for something cooked without oil.
Some park food finds and their locations:
Bengal Barbecue’s Outback Vegetable Skewer - Just grilled veggies on a stick! This is located at Adventureland in Disneyland.
Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta has pizza by the slice, side salads, and Dannon yogurt. Easy to track pizza with generic values.
Clarabelle’s in Toontown at Disneyland has a slow roasted turkey sandwich. Not sure what kind of bread they use or what is on it, but possibly a healthier option than most and easier to track with generics. They also have a fruit salad!
The Coffee House at the Disneyland Hotel has a few options
Dole Whip, aka the love of my life
Turkey and cheese sandwich (again with generics and guesstimating)
Whole fruit
Various cereals that you can track such as Kellog’s and Kashi
French Market Restaurant - Mickey Check Chicken Breast with Rice, at New Orleans Square in Disneyland
Downtown Disney has a Jamba Juice; I don't know how they are for points values, but like Starbucks (which Disneyland also has), it's something you can track without guesstimating.
Napolini at Downtown Disney has pizza by the slice
The #1 combo includes a slice of pizza, salad, and a fountain drink! Seems like a good deal.
Pizza Port in Tomorrowland also has pizza by the slice and some salad options.
Taqueria at Tortilla Jo's - you can kind of build your own 2 tacos at Downtown Disney, which is good because you're sort of in control of what goes in your taco.
Tiki Juice Bar in Adventureland - Dole Whip! And pineapple spears
