Some healthier food items that I've found throughout the parks, or at least things you can track and not go overboard with. This doesn't include the fruit that I've mentioned on a separate page. This page will continually be updated as I find more things, so stay tuned and keep checking back for more!
Satu'li Bowls
The Satu'li Canteen at Pandora - The World of Avatar within Disney's Animal Kingdom is officially my new favorite place to eat, and this dish I'm featuring is my new favorite. Why? Because this is the first relatively clean meal I've encountered at a Disney Park without having to order off menu or with modifications, and I'm over the moon!
They have bowls you can build where you pick a base of grilled chicken, grilled steak, or fish. You pick a base of either rice and grains or a salad.
I ordered the kids menu version of this - the grilled chicken version with rice, as pictured - and the portion sizing was perfect and actually quite filling, so if you're looking for further portion control and to save some money, you're good to go ordering a kids meal version of it. The kids menu version, unlike the normal entree, does NOT include a sauce, which I actually preferred. The food was flavorful enough that I found it didn't need it anyways.
Plus, because this food is not greasy or oily and is fairly clean, it's easy to track! I counted 1/8 cup of generic cole slaw, 3 oz of generic grilled chicken, and 1 cup of generic brown rice for a grand total of 9 Smart Points (7 on Freestyle). It would probably be even less if I got it on top of the romaine and kale, as a majority of those points came from the rice, but if you've got the points then enjoy the rice with how much you're walking at Disney!
I've heard the fish is also delicious... and also heard the chocolate cake isn't that great, so you won't be missing much if you resist the sweets and save your points!
It's also worth noting that this restaurant is one of the ones that let you mobile order through a new (as of May 2017) feature on the My Disney Experience App, so it's super convenient too!
Kid’s Cheese Pizza Flatbread
This is the cheese pizza flatbread from the kid’s menu at Pinocchio Village Haus at Magic Kingdom (it’s located in Fantasyland). It comes with a small bottle of water (though I got a bigger one with an up charge), a Danimals yogurt, and apple sauce. Super easy to track as a generic flatbread pizza and the flatbread was plenty filling!
Grilled Chicken Strips
You can find these at the Geyser Point Bar and Grill at Wilderness Lodge, a resort near the Magic Kingdom (not on the monorail track but a very short bus trip away). On their kid's menu (and it's quick service, so you can order it) is a Grilled Chicken Strips option with dipping sauces and either apple slices or vegetables! Looking forward to trying this - pictures to come once I make my way to the Wilderness Lodge again.
Gift shop snacks
There are a ton of different snacks available at the gift shops that have the nutritional info, including pretzels, lollipops, cookies and rice krispy treat (although high in points, if you really want something, it's something you can track), taffy, ice cream bars, and so much more. I'd recommend double checking nutritional information that pops up on your app's scanner with what's on the packaging or just calculating it yourself, and pay attention to serving sizes! My favorite...
Mickey Mouse cheddar puffs
You can use the barcode scanner on this item! Available at pretty much any gift shop that sells snacks. One serving of 71 cheddar puffs is 4 SP, but you can have less than a serving and have it still be a very satisfying snack!
Blaze Fast Fired Pizza
Yes, you can get pizza at Disney - and yes, it's cheap and low in Smart Points!
Blaze is a pizza chain but it has a location at Disney Springs. For $10, you can build your own pizza and they even have a nutritional calculator online!
A build your own pizza with the classic crust, red sauce, and mozzarella is 9 SP for half or 3 SP per slice (assuming they slice it evenly). Here's the nutritional info, and don't forget you can add veggies too (and now chicken on Freestyle) for free SP to bulk it up!
California Roll
California roll is a lower point sushi, one of my favorite things, and something you can track with the generic California roll option on the Weight Watchers app. Here's a list of places you can find it (this does not include other types of sushi):
The Express at Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe (Disney Springs)
Kabuki Cafe (Epcot) - smaller portion here since it's a "snack" item
Splitsville (Disney Springs)
Tokyo Dining (Epcot) - worth noting that the food here is some of my favorite on property and they also have miso soup (a low point soup option) and if you time your reservation right you can get an amazing view of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth!
Morimoto Asia (Disney Springs)
Contempo Cafe (Contemporary Resort)
Kona Island (Polynesian Resort)
Kona Cafe (Polynesian Resort)
Dole Whip
Bring a measuring cup, because Dole Whip is a classic Disney treat that we actually have nutritional information for! According to Dole's website, it's 5 SP for a half cup. In my experience, they usually give you about a cup's worth at Magic Kingdom, so if you don't have a measuring cup handy you can just split it with a friend. Here's where you can get it:
Aloha Isle (Magic Kingdom)
Pineapple Lanai (Polynesian Resort)
Tamu Tamu Refreshments (Animal Kingdom)
Epcot's Flower & Garden Festival (seasonal)
Disney Springs Marketplace (served near the Marketplace Co-Op)
Pop Century Resort
Mickey Check Kids Meal Turkey Sandwich
For more on Mickey Check, go here, but this meal is described as such or as something similar: Mickey Check - Turkey Sandwich on Goldfish Bread served with Carrot Sticks and Applesauce.
Unsure if Disney uses unsweetened apple sauce or not - I've gotten unsweetened at the China pavilion before but I guess it depends on the restaurant, but the carrot sticks would be nothing, and since the sandwich is just the Goldfish bread (4 SP) and turkey (0 on Freestyle for carved like pictured, but they sometimes they use deli meat instead so I'd say 1 SP for that since they don't use much), it should be around 5-6 points if you decide to add a dressing to it. You can only order this as an adult at quick-service restaurants, like the following:
Boardwalk Bakery (The Boardwalk Resort area)
ABC Commissary (Hollywood Studios)
Fairfax Fare (Hollywood Studios)
Flame Tree Barbecue (Animal Kingdom)
Rosie's All-American Cafe (Hollywood Studios)
Restaurantosaurus (Animal Kingdom)
Capt. Cook's (Polynesian Resort)
Lottawatta Lounge (Blizzard Beach)
Leaning Palms (Typhoon Lagoon)
Lowtide Lou's (Typhoon Lagoon)

Typhoon Tilly's (Typhoon Lagoon)
P & J's Southern Take Out (Fort Wilderness Campsites)
Roaring Fork (Wilderness Lodge)
Asian Salad with Chicken (made to order)
Available at the ABC Commissary, this salad is made to order so if there's anything you don't want to add, you can request for it off! At about $11, this salad includes lettuce, edamame, grilled chicken (or you can get it with no chicken or with salmon for a different cost), chow mein noodles, and carrots. It does include a dressing but that I do not know how to calculate so I'd recommend getting it on the side or not at all.
Easy to dismantle chicken club sandwich
My dad (@sithmike on Connect) ordered a chicken club sandwich - this one in particular from the ABC Commissary at Hollywood Studios - and took everything off and threw away all of the extra stuff it came with. At ABC Commissary he was able to order it with a side of green beans and he also was able to ask at the counter for extra lettuce and tomato for the sandwich. I'd count maybe 3 SP for any oils that may be used in the process of making the chicken, but it didn't look like very many.
Smuckers Uncrustables
Same deal as the Mickey Check turkey sandwich since this is also a kids menu and sometimes a Mickey Check item. Per the WW app, a Smuckers Uncrustable ranges in SP depending on the kind of bread and if the jelly is sugar free or not.
Fairfax Fare (Hollywood Studios)
Tortuga Tavern (Magic Kingdom)
Tomorrowland Terrace (Magic Kingdom)
Pizzafari (Animal Kingdom)
Flame Tree Barbecue (Animal Kingdom)
Restaurantosaurus (Animal Kingdom)
Capt. Cook's (Polynesian Resort)
Roaring Fork (Wilderness Lodge)

Lottawatta Lounge (Blizzard Beach)
Lowtide Lou's (Typhoon Lagoon)
Leaping Horse Libations (Boardwalk resort area)
Pinnochio Village Haus (Magic Kingdom)
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn (Magic Kingdom)
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe (Magic Kingdom)
Columbia Harbor House (Magic Kingdom)
Catalina Eddie's (Hollywood Studios)
Backlot Express (Hollywood Studios)
Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe (Epcot)
Plain grilled chicken & veggies
At the Wolfgang Puck restaurant at Disney Springs, we special ordered totally plain grilled chicken with veggies - no oils or butters on this, everyone! Totally clean. Heads up, though - they'll charge it as the rosemary chicken, which is $21 per entree.
Turkey sandwich on a whole wheat wrap
I'm not sure of the exact points but it's easy for you to guesstimate this one: if you're at Earl of Sandwich at Disney Springs, you can order the turkey wrap on the "skinny earl" section of the menu but ask for no cheese or mayo. They have Grey Poupon and mustard near the soda stands if you want a condiment to replace the mayo! The wrap is a whole wheat one (pictured: only half the sandwich).
Dannon yogurts
Throughout various snack stands (usually the ones that sell fruit) and at some of the Disney resorts where they sell typical conveniences and grab and go foods, I've seen a variety of Dannon yogurts, including Oikos and Light and Fit Greek. If you're grabbing a snack where there's a refrigerated section, keep an eye out for them. Here's a list of places where you can purchase Dannon brand yogurts at the parks - I'll update it as I find more:
